Mount Carmel Cafe

We stopped at Mount Caramel Café for lunch on our way back from Northeast Georgia. It was not too crowded, which was expected for a Monday afternoon, and the atmosphere was cozy. The staff at the counter were very friendly and attentive to my 2-year-old. I ordered the chicken philly cheese sandwich, my wife had a hotdog, and my son had a cheeseburger. I sampled each dish and found the burger to be good, and the hotdog with homemade chili was delicious. The prices were reasonable for a lunch spot, and we had a relaxing time before hitting the road again. This hidden gem in a small town in South Carolina is definitely worth a visit.

The food was absolutely delicious! The customer service was excellent.

Walked in prices were more than I've ever seen anywhere else and walked right on out lol

Enjoyed a leisure lunch in a great country atmosphere. Great food. Friendly staff. Will definitely go again.
