Hardee's - Mount Carmel

Very poor quality and the staff very rude the food was cold they tell you have ketchup and jelly in your bag and they never put in there even they say it is in there I just feel that they just don't care about the customer

Stopped in for breakfast. Ordered sausage biscuits and fried chicken biscuits. All our food was hot and fresh. Will gladly return when in Kingsport area again. Staff was polite and served with a smile. Thank you!

The food was ok, was not the best I've had but not the worst I have had from a Hardee's before.

Every visit is the same.. NEVER gets the order right but now we just KNO to check it before pulling off.. they're very sweet workers tho..

More often than not I get a different soda than what I order. I'm allergic to aspartame and I've gotten diet soda too many time. Ridiculous especially when that's all I order
