I understand that it's the end of a busy season, but that is not an excuse. Paying $21 for a bowl of potato gems that were mostly mush due to being so heavy was frustrating. Additionally, paying $47 for a tough steak was ridiculous. The mashed potatoes were lumpy and tasteless. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.
The roasting is top-notch, especially the lamb. The service is quick and the staff is very friendly. There is a cozy fireplace available if needed, along with comfortable couches and a kids' play area. Great option for families.
Excellent family-friendly restaurant located next to the Alberg Hotel. The warm and friendly atmosphere is enhanced by the cozy fire always burning. The staff is outstanding and the food is absolutely delicious.
We ate here every night on our last vacation, the food was delicious and it was great to eat a nice warm place while snowing out. We also had lunch here almost every day and I was very happy with their menu and variety.
We arrived for dinner, told to wait because there was no seats available, yet the place was empty. We were rushed to order dinner, asked 3 times in the space of five minutes. The pork belly was horrible and charged us $36 for a small bowl that was ment to have eight pieces but had six. The chicken Parma was burnt, don't know how that is possible. The dessert was very small and again we were rushed to have that and yes the place was still empty In total we had two mains, two desserts, and two drinks that cost us $140 When questioning about the pork belly the cashier said she wasn't in charge and couldn't ulter the price even though we didn't get all the food This was a horrible dinning experience, expensive, and much over rated! There are better places to eat and that is much cheaper in town
