Subway - Moulton

When I looked at the menu, I decided to order item #19. However, after seeing the poor condition of the vegetables, especially the lettuce, I ended up ordering a pizza sub instead. The lettuce looked terrible, to the point where it seemed like it should have been thrown away. The cucumbers appeared to have been frozen and thawed, and the spinach was wilted. Additionally, the cookie display contained items other than cookies, namely flies. While paying for my order, I noticed a small fridge on the counter behind the register with two bags of lettuce that looked much fresher. The two employees working there either couldn't or wouldn't answer other customers' questions. It quickly became apparent to me why this location isn't as busy as it should be.

They advertise items on their menu that are not actually available. They drove a coworker away by constantly insulting her in their foreign language, and half the time they struggle to understand English.

I recommend ordering through the app for Subways in Moulton, as the owner tries to enforce his own rules for customers. For example, an employee did not accept the $8.99 footlong meal in person, but the same coupon was accepted when ordered online.

This place looks brand new. It was sparkling clean. A couple of the serers were also brand new and need some more training. Overall this was a super Subway
