I am totally disgusted with the customer service received from owners at the Indian Villa. I used to get a takeaway every second weekend however will not be going again. Firstly they got my order incorrect on occasions and when I called they said I had ordered the wrong thing, considering I get the same thing time after time. Secondly they said I had not paid, which they had taken the wrong card details and when they called me back I informed them they had digit wrong. Thirdly when I called a week later they told me they already had my card details which I had not consented to them keeping. They reluctantly came on the phone and put the person who originally answered the phone in a difficult position by just telling him what to say. Gave them star as the site wouldn’t allow me to give them no stars.
