Klipheuwel Bike Park - Mossel Bay

This is a delightful place to visit. You can embark on a camel ride, savor some wine, try a variety of beers, and enjoy an impressive cheese platter! However, there are a few things to consider: I went during the busy season, and the tap room tends to get quite crowded. The beer tasting experience can feel a bit casual, and the kegs deplete quickly. It almost feels more like a beer appreciation club than a typical tap room. That said, beer isn't their main forte; the wine is definitely their highlight! There’s also a lovely restaurant and a play area for kids. I suggest going during the off-season to avoid the throngs of lively students looking to escape their parents' beach vacations.

The location is exceptional, featuring captivating trails that cater to all fitness levels. The owner truly cares about mountain biking and the satisfaction of the customers. They are also open to servicing and repairing bikes when necessary. Refreshments can be bought on-site. It’s an excellent spot for hosting events or family picnics.
