Arby's - Mosheim

Good food with honest employees for example I'll ask how fresh the turnovers are and they always tell me how much time is left on them. The chain in general is expensive and in odd ways you can get 2 roast beef for $6 but it's almost that amount to get just 1 milkshake. Go one more exit and eat cheaper at I hop and be waited on and save yourself some money.

The Cashier Jamey at the Mosheim, TN location; customer service was above excellent. She really made me feel good special. I left out feeling good. Thank you Jamey W.

Went in and got a chicken cheddar Ranch and the chicken was hard over cooked tasted Dale and then of course I got the mac and cheese which was okay but really creamy but overall the sandwich was not what it should have been it was overcooked sitting there for quite a while it was very nasty and dry

I came in just after midnight (slow hours) with a big order for my family (still feel bad about that btw) and the ladies working there were very nice and understanding about it. They even felt bad it took a while because a lot of it used the fryer and had to wait for free baskets. They definitely deserve a raise and a commendation. I would definitely recommend this arby's

The two ladies that work the graveyard shift are the best, they made my order fresh and I enjoyed it!
