Block 40 Meats - Moses Lake

Ordered a half beef. recieved 96 lbs of hamburger and 63 lbs of various other cuts. the amount of hamburger is way out of proportion to the other cuts. I was ripped off. dont have them cut your meat. It seems like they are stealing your best cuts

Very unhappy ordered no more than 15 pounds of hamburger and got 61 pounds. No brisket that was ordered no stew meat and only 2 small packages of fajita meat. Butcher said to look online at what cuts you-can get. Have never been told this from previous butcher. I have home grown beef so I get the cuts I want. I got what he gave us. I am irritated. Over $900 spent for the beef and cut and wrap and he says 40% is waste and apparently telling him how you want it cut meant nothing.

This guy is a scammer! Do not have your cow butchered here. 2 beefs in and he claims 40% waste WTF. This isn't my first rodeo I know what comes back. I told him the least amount of hamburger possible and I get back almost have the beef in hamburger. This guy is keeping your meat to sell in his shop!! Where is my tenderloin? Where is my brisket? My short ribs came not butchered at all I have a 20lb hunk of meat I guess I need 40 of my closest friends to come over for a BBQ. This guy is going to **** off the wrong person and by looking at my girlfriend he did.

First time using, had 1/2 hog done. They do all the regular cuts, plus bacon and sausage!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They ground my brisket, handed me half a leg bone, and called it a roast; they ruined the prime rib, and the cuts of meat were strange and inconsistent. The standard cuts were also odd and uneven. To top it off, they charged me more than a hundred dollars above what my friends had said I should expect to pay. I won’t be going back—I no longer trust this place. I felt cheated on the meat; I sent in a whole cow and didn’t receive one back.
