Palouse Juice - Moscow

The waffles are absolutely delicious and surprisingly filling! I really appreciate that they provide compostable utensils and takeout containers. This allows me to enjoy my meal at home and then easily add the waste to my outdoor compost. I highly recommend this place!

The new location is beautiful, and I'm excited to have Palouse Juice back! I visited today, and it was exactly what I needed to brighten my mood on this cold, foggy day.

This restaurant is amazing! As a New Yorker who's accustomed to finding a juice bar on almost every corner, I've tried quite a few, but Benedetta's blends are genuinely impressive. Every time I've visited in the morning, she has nailed it perfectly. The bowls, avocado toasts, and juices are all delightful.

I truly adore this place! I stopped by while traveling through, and the juice and food selections are perfect for a healthy pick-me-up. After living in Miami and New York, I can confidently say that Palouse Juice is a cut above the rest. The owner, Benedetta, is exceptionally kind and makes sure you feel welcome and enjoy your meal. I highly recommend this spot and I can't wait to come back whenever I get the chance!

We are big fans of Palouse Juice! This was our second visit, and we arrived at 2:03 PM, not realizing that they closed at 2. The owner graciously offered to prepare our smoothies, despite the shop being closed. It was such a generous gesture, especially since she mentioned that she was under no obligation to help us. I had been craving their smoothies for weeks, so her kindness was a true lifesaver!
