So Swish Cafe - Morwell

In this caffe for coffee, almost was rejected entering more felt than we were watching how sitting outside. the outside position is so crowded, hardly moving. mainly ordered hot chocolates. first we asked for a hot chocolate. we were all in the grunde givin cold milk. also got a child hot chocolate designed for the person who was 12 years old on my table. we did not ask hot chocolate for children, nor was it said that the young rude worker gave up for order. as an older lady the children hot chocolate to an adult there was no excuse or remaking it, which was quite annoying. coffee was in the average nothing to wow about, but was not terrible either. the employees were further active as if they were unskilled and not made for hospitality or customer service. the whole experience was just strange and would never come back here again. would not recommend anyone to come here. I give this two stars out of total sympathy to be quite open.

The experience was just okay. The menus were dirty. When I asked for sauce on the side, I was told that I would have to pay extra instead of having it served separately. An older man asked for assistance and was openly mocked. The staff made fun of their customers multiple times. The woman who served us coffee at the end of the meal had long, unbound blonde hair that fell into my face and my friend's coffee. Other employees complimented her hair but no one mentioned the importance of hygiene in a restaurant setting.

$10 for a very small bowl with chips and an extra 50c for vinegar. coffee luke warm the staff was rude when I asked the bill whether I want to bring chips into the chip shop. that is a restaurant. it's a café....she said I need to read the little print on the menu. very difficult if we don't get a menu this place is downhill

We decided to visit the restaurant without knowing what to expect, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! A staff member seated us at our table and brought us water while we perused the interesting menu. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and we were not disappointed with our choices. Our meals were served promptly and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We also bought some carrot cake to take home, which was also delicious. The menu is quite varied for a small cafe, and I would highly recommend So Swish to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
