Seasons Buffet - Morton

The line of senior citizens waiting for the place to open was encouraging. Perhaps they knew something good awaited. Everything served tasted as if it were fresh from a can. There was plenty of food, and plenty of options, and nothing was awful, but nothing was good either. Blah is really the most apt description. If you want a modestly priced all-you-can-eat buffet serving mediocre food just oozing with preservatives and artificial flavors added, this is the place. All the food seemed to arrive straight from a microwave. Things that should be crisp were soft, the temperature of the food varied from bite to bite, it was a less than satisfactory. You can do better. Eat somewhere else.

Pretty disappointing. I've been here a few other times and they had decent choices. This time there were just not as many choices and I didn't find much. Had a rotten cucumber in salad.

The lobster tail buffet on March 1st, 2018, was a complete disappointment for the price of $28.95. The lobster was overcooked and tough, as if it had been prepared days in advance. Unfortunately, the rest of the food didn't fare much better. The worst part of the experience was the woman who seated us upon our arrival; she was very rude and seemed to be shouting at us for no clear reason. It's evident that customer service is not her strong suit—perhaps she would be better off in the kitchen dealing with the lobster instead. Overall, it felt like a total waste of money.

I visited yesterday, December 7, 2018. The food was average, but the grilled steak was outstanding! There wasn't a wide selection, and the rolls were a bit dry. The salad bar was acceptable. Our waitress was very friendly.

I dined there last night, and unfortunately, the food was disappointing. What they referred to as prime rib was more like boiled meat. Additionally, the other dishes were served cold.
