Skyboxx Restaurant Sports Bar - MORROW

While I've experienced bad food and service before, I can generally overlook it, understanding that restaurants can have off days. I used to be an executive chef before moving into construction full-time, so I get it. However, what really bothered me was how unwelcome and unwanted I felt during my visit. When I walked in, there were four people behind the bar. One was on her phone, while another customer just stood there waiting. Finally, someone asked if I needed help, only to tell me to wait because the other lady would be back soon. When she arrived, the service didn’t improve. I even left an $8 tip on a $22 meal, but unfortunately, this place has provided the worst dining experience I’ve had in Atlanta. It even surpasses the time I waited nearly two hours for my food at Cracker Barrel. I appreciate the experience, but I won’t be returning.

I recently came for a fun night out with friends, and it was one of the best nights of my life. Not only was the food and drinks good. But it wouldn?t have meant anything without our server, Mar, she made sure we had everything we needed. She was nice and welcoming, and she not only knew the menu well, but gave us great suggestions. We will be back 10/0

Great place! Good food, and superior customer service. I had the skyyfries an excellent selection. Comparable to nacho toppings on fries

The food was average considering the price. I ordered a cheeseburger, but they were out of hamburger buns and offered to serve it on a hoagie bun instead. The veggie egg rolls turned out to be very small spring rolls topped with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley. The chicken wings and sweet potato fries were good, except for the honey. Additionally, there was a mandatory 18% gratuity for service that I would rate at best at 8%. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

I ordered fish tacos without realizing they were made with catfish. I'm allergic to catfish, and since I used to have a pet catfish, eating it is simply not an option for me. Fortunately, the manager was wonderful and provided me with a completely new meal on the house. Now that's what I call great service! The waitstaff were friendly, too!
