Food was good but seemed a bit overpriced. Staff was very kind and attentive. Nice view of Morro Rock as well.

For thirty years it's been a great place for breakfast

The location and views are great, but that's where our good experience ends, unfortunately. Service was slow and we barely got refills on our drinks. My husband got the clam chowder and didn't get bread or crackers with it...we had to grab a busboy to ask, but by the time he got anything it was too late. Both my husband and I got sandwiches and it both, the bread tasted raw....it was cooked, but had a weird raw taste. We both had quite a bit left at the end of the meal. The waiter asked if we liked our food and we told him about both sandwiches being less than good, the bread, etc. He just said ok and brought us out bill. It wasn't a good experience and unfortunately we won't be back.

We Love the food, the ambience and service. The experienced was very good.

We went to Dorn's for breakfast and were very impressed. Very tasty, super friendly service and a nice atmosphere. For 5 people we paid 100 dollars with tip and tax, which sounds like a lot to the average European, but is normal by American standards and compared to many other breakfasts we had on our trip it was a top price-performance ratio.
