Inchin's Bamboo Garden - Morrisville

They have a fairly extensive vegan/vegetarian selection on the menu. I like that they have vegetarian sections on the menu, separate from the meat sections. The options that can be made vegan are also clearly marked, so you don't have to ask. The food covers several Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Thai, and Indian. I got the sweet corn vegetable soup as a starter. It was delicious! I ordered the tofu vegetable stir fry for a main, but was unimpressed. It had no sauce or seasonings at all. Just plain tofu veggies sauteed in oil. Next time, I will try one of the more flavorful dishes like a curry.

The dining room looks fantastic. the hostess came out as she tasted her feet, as if we were an inconvenience. she said gimme a minute after we sat, I went to the rest room and on the way the mop room door was open with a mop-bucket up in the drain with dirty mop water held up in the view. the rest of the room was worse, that most of the tanks I saw. I came back to the table and the server came out and said they did not ask a hello, good morning or something. I said we've never been here before and she said I'm not coming back any suggestions. I picked up my lunch menu and a smeared food spot on the cover. I'd rather go. I can't talk about eating, but based on what I've seen, I'm not back. updated to include this was not a language barrier problem.

I love everything that is vegan on this menu. they have items that are listed as vegetarian, but most are vegan (except those with wiper.) they have some unique dishes that I have not seen at many other places. this is a more frequent stop for me at lunch and sometimes dinner. the day is great!
