42nd Street Oyster - Morrisville

It is an airport restaurant, so we expected it to cost too much, and budgeted for it. that is it. Open menu with QR code. they can order and pay online...the person at the desk orders last gets the whole bill. if this does not work for them, let them know the server before they order. we are from nc where sweet icy should not look or taste like lemon flavored sugar water with a drop orange food coloring. server was nice to change our drinks when we asked. good burger. sister didn't get excited about crabcake sandwich. their fries looked good...not especially. the house chips were usually overcooked and hard, and not uniformly applied. I've chosen enough fairness to fill me. neither sandwich came out exactly as ordered, but server resisted in troubleshooting

The menu is very limited. I wish they had the baked oysters like the restaurant in Raleigh. The customer service sucks, they’re not rude but certainly not friendly or welcoming and kind of seems rushed. The food is basic and overpriced.The only nice part of the visit was the gentleman with the locs. He was the hostess and he was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. He set the bar high only for the waitress to kill the enthusiasm.

What a disaster this place is at breakfast. They point you in the direction of your table and tell you to use the QR code to order. Except until the lone, busy server activates your table at the register, you can't even look at the menu. The menu is very uninformative and oops! Doesn't even have COFFEE on it. You have to flag down the server and she will get it and add it to your open tab. And no decaf, no tea. The only hot beverage they have is high octane coffee. Apparently condiments are prized possessions. The server was fine, once she was able to get to our table. Not her fault they are understaffed. The food was good, which is why this isn't 1 star.

A less than average airport restaurant. The crab cake is deep fried and dry. The chicken sandwich is another dry burger. Service is ok and the QR code doesn’t accept my credit card

Service is great but food is overpriced and awful. My bisque was mediocre and fried oysters not fully cooked. Oozing egg batter is not very appetizing, to say the least. That's a safety issue, too. Ignore their fancy top ten sign and find something else to eattheir
