The service was excellent and prompt! We ordered vegan pancakes, vegan French toast, and the Roman vegan tofu scramble, all of which were incredibly delicious. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. Despite having to drive an hour to get there, it was definitely worth it. We appreciate the vegan options available at this establishment. The service at this restaurant was surprisingly quick and friendly! It is one of my go-to spots for breakfast in Morristown, especially for their delicious Benedicts (both the classic and the "Irish" with hash). For lunch, it's the fastest sit-down restaurant I've found around the Green. Their chicken orzo soup is filling with plenty of chicken chunks. While the burgers are a bit pricey, they are delicious, especially with bacon, sautéed mushrooms, and grilled onions.

This restaurant is famous for its delicious pancakes. The service and food were excellent. We tried the buttermilk pancakes with banana, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips, as well as an omelette and orange juice. You have the option to choose your own pancake fillings from a variety of options. This is definitely a must-try spot for breakfast in Morristown.

This is not a vegan restaurant but it has the best vegan breakfast you can ever dream of! Tons of options, everything is delicious, the place is super cute and our server was really nice! Highly recommend it
