Eclectic Grill Hyatt - Morristown

I absolutely adore the fluffy omelettes and the warm, cheerful, and welcoming service. Dining here is always a delightful experience.

I really enjoy the fluffy omelets, and the service is kind, friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. Dining here is truly a pleasure.

However, the main drawback of Eclectic Grill is that it appears to be understaffed. If there’s a large event happening at the Hyatt, the service can be quite slow, so it’s wise to allow for extra time. On the day of my visit, the restaurant was only about 35-40% full, yet there were only 2 or 3 servers on duty. I needed more ketchup and a water refill, but the staff were too busy to assist. We also experienced a delay when it was time to pay, as both servers were sharing the same register. In summary, while the food was enjoyable, the service at Eclectic Grill definitely leaves room for improvement.

Very convenient when going to the AMC theater in the building. Good menu, but the restaurant looks closed. It's dark, no decor and uninviting. There is so much potential for this restaurant. The food is good.

Went down from my room for lunch and a couple of the things in the menu I wanted weren 't 'ready ' so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. It was mediocre, definitely not anything to write home about. Breakfast the next morning was a little better the avocado toast and fresh fruit was good. Nothing memorable, though.
