I noticed some cleanliness issues during my visit. The counter next to the booths hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, showing a significant buildup of dirt and dust underneath. The floors also had litter, including several pieces of paper and other debris, which employees walked by without addressing. Moreover, I observed an employee eating at a prep table on two separate occasions. This table is meant for assembling salads, arranging prepared dishes, and topping desserts, so it was troubling to see someone eating pasta there. This practice violates Colorado health regulations.
