Happy Joes Pizza Ice Cream - Morrison

The food here is fantastic, as it always is! My boyfriend, his family, and I come here often, and we’ve never encountered any issues before. However, it was tough to enjoy our meal this time. There was only one adult supervising in the back while a group of young kids ran in and out of the door that leads upstairs. They were making a lot of noise, running up and down the stairs, and even slapping each other with yardsticks. It was quite disruptive. Our waitress was wonderful, but then she also joined in on the chaos. To make matters worse, a kid came out of the door with smoke coming from his mouth, which I absolutely cannot accept in a restaurant. I understand that everyone wants to have fun, but it's important to respect the other customers who are there to enjoy their meals, especially when it involves running a business.

We ordered a Taco Joe's pizza tonight, and it was absolutely delicious!

The food was delicious, and it was easy for our larger group to come together.

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing, primarily due to the attitude of the woman who took my order. When I asked about free refills, she made a big fuss about it, claiming that asking for 4 or 5 refills was excessive. Keep in mind, I hadn’t even placed my order yet. I visited last week, and there were no problems with refills; I had a total of 3 without any hassle. Her rudeness was completely uncalled for, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

As soon as I arrived, I felt quite unwelcome, as if my presence was a burden to the staff. I asked for a recommendation for myself and my boyfriend, but received no response. When I inquired about what my boyfriend wanted, there was still no answer. To make matters worse, a man in the back shot me a disapproving glance. If there was an issue, I would have appreciated being addressed directly instead of being left in the dark. The only comment I received was regarding my bill, which felt very unprofessional. I cannot recommend this place.
