Baskin-robbins - Morningside

Supposedly they close at 9pm but the lady was locking the door at 8:30pm???? When my husband and I walked in one of the employees rolled their eyes and sighed heavily as if our presence disturbed her. If you do not want to work in the food industry, look for a different line of work. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Will never come here again.

My husband went to this location and purchased two 1/2 pints of ice cream and was charged 7.92 for each. I've been here before and never noticed that the prices are double the one in Clinton. I will never go here again.

I visited Baskin Robbins on 5/24/22. The cashier went right behind me and handed a piece of paper to a customer sitting down. She then went behind the counter and had a short conversation with another employee. When she asked who was next, I ordered a milkshake. After she took my order, she went to the ice cream side without washing her hands. I asked her if she washed her hands, and she said she had done so in her car before coming in. She then argued with me about the importance of hand washing, claiming she doesn't touch the ice. Eventually, she washed her hands quickly under water and said she was clean. We exchanged words before I requested a refund and reported the incident to the corporate office. The owner called me, but did not seem to take the issue seriously. I have been a loyal customer and have never had problems until now. In today's world, with Covid and other infectious diseases, proper sanitation is crucial.

Very slow service. Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and water

I'm not sure how popular the strawberry cheesecake ice cream is, but Baskin Robbins always has the most delicious and enjoyable strawberry cheesecake.
