I had the Rocky double burger and I loved every bite

Had 30 minutes to spare for lunch while in the morningside area. Stopped over at the wedge to find a place for a really quick lunch. Headed into this joint which was nice, clean and very minimalist. Since I’m on Keto I ordered the double Empire burger with no bun, it came very nicely presented. The meat was of good quality and tasted great however I did find that the added ground salt made the burger a little too salty since it also had bacon. Overall I was happy with the value for money that this place offers.

One of the best burgers in Joburg. It taste very similar to the New York famous Shake Shack burger. Highly recommend the Rocky. This is my number one burger joint in Joburg now.

I’ve been passing this outlet on my way to Woolies for more than a year now. I decided to try today. Wow! The rocky burgher was amazing and my kids loved waffles. Awesome service from the staff.

Been a regular since Empire opened. Fresh ingredients and delicious combos. My fav is the empire burger. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. If we are not eating at the store, we are ordering off ubereats. Totally obsessed! <br/ <br/ The only criticism I can give is the fact that they took off the English muffin options from the menu. Please bring them back, they were great breakfast options :
