După ce a citit toate recenziile și a văzut toate feedback-ul pozitiv pe care l-am crezut că îi vom da o lovitură, am comandat 3 feluri de mâncare pentru carnea de vită Satay, carne de porc dulce și acru și puiul de migdale recomandat, 1. Carnea de porc dulce a fost, în principiu, bucăți mici de carne de porc și un sos care a fost foarte mare, cu puțin peste nici o legume pe care le obțineți de obicei la cele mai multe locuri. 2. Satay Carne de vită, sosul a fost în regulă, iar carnea de carne, dar au înmulțit vasul cu o mulțime de cartofi. 3. Pui de migdale Probabil cel mai rău dintre ei și a fost recomandat și un fel de mâncare populară ca doamna a declarat la telefon. Puiul a fost uscat a spus că a fost dezosat, dar încă avea oase prin el și nu am văzut nici măcar migdale, sosul de prune era la fel ca sirop de zahăr super dulce și asta e tot ce ai putea gusta când este pe pui. Doar amintiți-vă că nu credeți că tot ceea ce comentariile spun că am fost foarte încântat să încerc acest loc, dar a fost foarte dezamăgit.

I agree with all of the good reviews this restaurant has received.  Tucked well away in the back blocks of Morley this place was a welcome surprise.  Firstly the dining room itself was nicely done with good furniture and decor, everything looking spic and span. Next was the service which really could not be faulted. We were well attended to throughout the evening for ordering, taking plates away between courses and delivering food piping hot; even the wontons were too hot to eat on delivery! The menu was quite extensive and included a long list of house specialities. Banquets are catered for and there are a number of large round tables with Lazy Susans. Prices were quite reasonable. Finally the food we were served was outstanding in quality, authenticity and presentation. I had sizzling salted fish and chicken with bean curd, the latter having been fried, along with some plain rice.  The hot iron serving plate was first delivered to the table with a still raw egg sizzling in the middle and then the main dish was gently folded over the top. I found this dish to be exquisite with the three main complementary flavours in a vegetable sauce all cooked to perfection. The chicken and fish were still firm, the bean curd was firm on the outside and soft on the inside and the very fine vegetable pieces were still slightly crunchy. The sauce was delicious. My young daughter who is less adventurous had egg fried rice.  She couldn't eat it all and so insisted on taking the remainder home because it was so nice. Our companions had a fried duck dish and a chicken dish and both were said to be excellent. Being a Saturday night we were surprised that the restaurant was less than half full, although there was a steady takeaway business. I would rate this Chinese establishment up there with the best that Northbridge can offer and I look forward to returning to explore their menu further.
