Contribuiți la feedbackWe made use of Le Grand Café de la Terrasse several times over a 2 week stay in the area. It is an excellent example of the typical french café, quick effective service for either café snack in the morning or for lunch. Staff...are predominantly bilingual which helps with a very varied menu. My wife and I have a habit of choosing different meals then swapping halfway to broaden the experience. As with many establishments if you choose a starter remember to keep your knife and fork for the main!
Tend to visit this place whenever in Morlaix, and on occasions ask myself why. This visit was one of those. 11.20 am and we fancied a coffee, why not? There is a main body to the cafe, and a small enclosed area between the main...cafe and the street tables. It's here that we expected to be seated. Bear in mind that it was 11.20, but they were already laying up for lunch. Not just in the main part of the cafe, but also in the small glazed area. All internal tables were being prepared for lunch too. A little early, to my mind, and it resulted in anybody wanting coffee, being forced to sit in the open air in December.
We serve well served brewery dishes. the partly covered terrace is very well soundproofed, gives on the street and the place of the hostages. It's very good, fresh products. only flat: we regret the absence of greenery on the plate, in dishes like hamburger for example. Don't miss the beautiful interior art decoration. (picture of the terrace café, kiosk of the place of the hostages, viaduct of morlaix and church).
Traditional setting of the Parisian brewery. a neat interior. very good service, nice and fast. good quality dishes, well served. wide choice of wines. a very good address that deserves its reputation.
Beautiful address! Beef and salmon tartars are perfect! The little onion service! small flat, a little noisy, fortunately we were on the spot from 9pm.
