Burger King - MORGANVILLE

I visited this location and was informed that I couldn’t pick up mobile orders from the drive-thru, despite it being an option on the app. The manager, a bearded man, chose to engage in a debate with me instead of simply processing my order. He lectured me on "corporate" regulations, even though no other Burger Kings in the area have this rule. After a five-minute argument, he remarked, “Oh, it's because you don’t want to walk.” Was he implying something about my weight? Did he not notice the HANDICAPPED PLAQUE hanging from my rearview mirror? Well, yes, I am both, and walking is indeed a challenge for me. When I showed him the plaque, he laughed, waved his hand dismissively, and walked away. I wonder how the state would view this kind of treatment. There may be a violation, or maybe not. Still, for a location that struggles to attract customers, this is how they choose to treat people? Here's a suggestion: don't argue with your customers, and definitely don't make jokes about disabilities. This behavior is unacceptable and warrants serious consequences.

This burger king has had problems since its opening. Staffing issues, long waits for food. At this visit, there were only 2 people behind the counter, one appeared to be in charge, and appeared to be injured as she was in pain limping around.....maybe she shouldnt have been at work that day! She became short tempered and started to scold the waiting customers at the counter, AND the drive through for lack of patience. I went to the counter to ask a question about the soda machine, before I could even ask the question, she started yelling at me.A friend of hers came in after 3 other people, and received his order immediately.The lady putting together the sandwiches was extremely slow new maybe? She should not have been alone.I am shocked that location is still open. I don't go there often, but each time has been an unpleasant experience.... this was the worst!

I absolutely love the flavor of the flame-broiled burgers. My go-to choice is the Whopper with cheese. During my visit today, I experienced excellent service; it was quick, and the food was hot and delicious. I was very satisfied!

Very disappointing. What was I thinking? I ended up just eating the bun and vegetables after taking the burger out. I will never order that food again.

Horrible customer service and store always smells…very slow and unprofessional.
