Saladworks - Morgantown

We've been here for years! The staff is always polite and can answer questions about all decisions now available. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. We are always looking forward to the seasonal rotations in the menu. Sidenote: Also the soups and the new fruit smoothie menu are great!

Absolutely pitiful establishment. They literally couldn't find out how to put two sandwiches in a bag. I mean literally couldn't take two sandwiches and put them in the bag. They blew our order so pathetic that you wouldn't have tried. It would have been easier if they had just told us that they would take our money and give us nothing (what is actually what they did). Then we decide to just call and see if they can make the ship right. The ole college is trying right. Wrong. We happen to get these employees Jackson (or so she calls herself) who calls us back just because we asked to send the reception. I apologise that the 30-minute drive could not happen twice during the working time, so the return was not an option. Instead of looking for a way to repair it suspended. We had another person who called her when we soon found that other articles were missing. Hanged up again. Not really sure how such a reputable institution can use such ignorant people. We have literally ordered 2-3 times a week. And will not order again. You really have to get dressed. And as for Jackson, if you read this, maybe try to deliver pizza, the sandwich business isn't for you.

Ordered twice and they can never get my order right. Management is unprofessional and will fight to make their mistakes right. Eating is good enough to be worth the one star I have to leave. Just go to Primanti Bros next door

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. I worked for 15 years in food service and sales, and I can't believe how I was treated. Our order was missing a few sandwiches so we were called and said they couldn't help us and stop asking? Delayed questions?. It's sad because I've come here all the time?

Would rate zero stars if I could. Ordered online, they only gave us like half of our order and charged us for the full amount. Wouldn?t refund us for the items that they left out. Honestly one of the craziest experiences that I?ve had with any business. Manager cursed at us and gave no way to resolve the issue. In my eyes, this is theft and nobody should go to this terrible business. HORRENDOUS!
