Pizza Hut - Morgantown

The staff was incredibly friendly and truly deserving of my business. My order was prepared and ready for the exact pick-up time I requested. When I got home, the food was still hot, made according to my specific preferences, and it tasted fantastic. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut location on Brockway Ave in Morgantown, WV.

The pizza was good, comparable to Pizza Hut. The service from the guy at the window was fantastic—he was incredibly cheerful and brought my cake to my car during a heavy downpour. He remained happy and friendly throughout. Great job, sir! 4:47 PM, 8/15/22.

I had a frustrating experience with my pizza, which took 20 minutes longer than expected. When I called, they assured me they would fix the issue without hesitation, even though they were busy. They really need to focus on customer service and being responsive!

I ordered one large pizza, half half, and my husband and I both found a couple pieces of hair throughout the pizza.. I am very disappointed and Grossed out. I spent almost $23 Dollars for hairy food. I will not be ordering here again. Once I tried to call about it, they wouldn’t answer. In the picture is one piece of hair, The other was taken out, but I took a bite into my pizza and felt that and was grossed out. Very disappointed.
