Contempt: morgantown now has a pho restaurant. it's about time, we both sigh together in ease. the Vietnamese nudel soup has sworn the country in the last few years, and morgantown is finally there. pho hung opened on Saturday in westover. the hotel is located in the plaza with big lots, there is a lot of parking, it is easy to find and it is not too crowded. the actual restaurant has less than a dozen tables, so it is quite small.
