Mad Fresh - Morgantown

I walked ten blocks to grab a salad and even confirmed their closing time beforehand. However, when I arrived 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close, I found the doors locked. The employee inside just laughed at me when I tried to get in.

The Asian fresh salad is absolutely delightful, and the sesame ginger vinaigrette is amazing. I would suggest thinking about adding a vegan protein option, such as tofu!

I ordered a Create Your Own salad for delivery, and I was truly impressed! The salad was extremely fresh and offered a generous portion for the price. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I placed an order for a salad for delivery around 4:30 PM and received a text at 5:15 PM stating that it would arrive by 5:25 PM. However, at 5:30 PM, I received another message informing me that my order had been canceled without any explanation. To make matters worse, they offered me a $5 voucher as compensation for canceling my $13 meal, which feels completely insufficient. I have no plans to order from this restaurant again; even though this was my first experience, it will definitely be my last.
