Little Caesars Pizza - Morgantown

The pizza is delicious, and the wings are tasty as well. The staff makes a genuine effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

This will be my last visit. I waited over 25 minutes for a cheese pizza, while everyone who arrived after us received their food. Eventually, I asked about our order, thinking our pizza would be next. I even saw another customer who had only waited 5 minutes get his food and leave. When I inquired again about our order, I was told that the manager never put our pizza in the oven.

Every time I come here something with my order is billed improperly and it always seems to be a huge hassle to have anything refunded. Last time I was here I was billed for an extra pizza that I did not order. I was told that the GM was not in and therefore my order could not be refunded until he got there. Was assured that I would be refunded my $6 when he arrived, yet I never got my refund. Will never order here again.

Would give it zero stars if I could!!! Bad experience at this store over a year ago. Thought I'd try it again today for my Birthday. Extremely disappointed yet again. Got home the pizza is burnt black!! So overcooked the sauce and cheese are all dried up burnt! NOT EVEN EDIBLE!!! Will never again order from this store!!!

We used the drive through for pickup...our pizza was not what we ordered. It had way too much sauce on it, most of which was right next to the crust which made it a soggy mess. Too bad...the product could be good. The phone connection was horrible, and frankly it sounded like a bunch of children playing a game of restaurant. We will not be going back.
