Crab Shack Caribba - Morgantown

Great food of great workers! The atmosphere is great! Opens all year!

Hostess (Arron) greeted us was nice, outside dinning area has quite the view. Our server (Megan) was promt informative great service. As for the food... picture shows it all. FYI Monday's special is AYCE Shimp!, I tried the 3 Megan suggested, all were fantastic!!!

Parking is very inconvenient if you have a mid to full-size truck. Hostess was polite and attentive. Waiter, not so much, waited quite a while for drinks to arrive and had to pull him back to the table to order an appitizer. We ordered crab dip, no bad! Even after having our appitizer delivered we had to flag him down to order dinner. I got a lobster roll. There was a couple good size pieces of lobster meat on it, but very little else. I personally was incredibly underwhelmed, the meat (what meat there was) was served on a hotdog buns with arugula, with a side of fry pieces. For twenty something bucks...nah, there won't be a next time.

First time here Menu, location and setting is great We got a shrimp po boy and Ma's Fish sandwich,,,,, i was starvin, under the grease soaked layer of breading was delicious seansoned cod, under the batter grease dipped shrimp the shrimp was choking from the fat, the french fries were like play doe in grease, hush puppies lol hush your mouth they were greasy too. ..... i asked for the manager why so greasy,,, she said thats the way it is cause they were busy ... lol there is 5 tables .... I told her greasy food comes from dirty fryer that the grease needs changed ... the setting and price of the food here stands for a clean fryer no matter who your serving or what day of the week ... or maybe they should have a menu board that says todays special greasy basket ... Then she took 2.00 off the bill what an insult .... what was that 2.00 for the soap and paper towles we used to bath with after we ate 15% of our greasy food Sorry Crab Shack you table side manner and her excuses dont make any means to 100% dissatisfied customer.. She said they are too busy to change the fryer ....maybe the owner should read this, We travel the world .... this meal hits the Burger King Scale of yuck .... we are not complaining we are warning you P.S. we were going to throw the remainder of our 30.00 grease basket to the fish but decided we dont want to hurt them so we threw it in garbage can

SAD.. Was all excited to find a new good seafood place and What a let down. It was And im not kidding , so soaked in grease . I am a person that eats Everything but I passed on my food it was soaked and tasted like a fryer . Very disappointing. From what I ate, I got sick , Sorry people but it will clean you out in less then an hour! My (one piece )of lettuce on the sandwich look at it wilted and covered in grease This is NOT GOOD pics don't lie
