Burger King - Morgantown

Used the drive through. Wanted a milkshake, but that machine wasn't working. The employees were pleasant.

Breakfast sandwich and a drink is my thing. They're always offering a special which is usually cheap ?

Incredibly rude front counter manager. Went in around noon today to place an order and was told they only had one register open and it was for drive through customers. I was told I could order if I wanted to wait until the long line of drive through customers had been served. With a 30 minute lunch I didn't have the time for that and turned to leave, only to find they had locked the doors to keep anyone else from coming in. This was lunch time on a week day. The manager or whoever she is was incredibly rude and clearly did not want to serve any more customers than was absolutely necessary. It's a shame, because their food is generally pretty good, but the front counter or store manager with the long, gaudy, fake fingernails needs to be fired.

Burgers were cold to the touch and cheese wasn't melted. Sent it back because it was missing bacon and it was cold. Took 1 minute to get the burgers back!!! Quantity over quality?? Well they've got that! No wonder the parking lot was empty!
