Arby's - Morgantown

Just your standard Arby's good food fast. They make a good Reuben sandwich. Also their French dip is also good

They def get your order right, and it comes out hot. At least every time I've been here

They have been short staffed but always kind and apologetic if something isn't available or takes too long

The service was excellent; the employees were extremely kind. When coming to the window, the employee informed us that our fries and chicken sandwich would be hot and fresh, but we would have to wait a couple of minutes; we did not care that we had to wait as we appreciated the hot and fresh food. I forgot to order a cup of cheese for my fries and asked if I could purchase one at the window, and they were so kind about it. We went around 9:30 pm close to them closing, and they were extremely nice. I will keep coming back.

Love the food, I just want to learn to distribute it evenly on the bungalow. Nobody likes a huge pile on the side or in the middle.
