Sushi Ichiban - Morgan Hill

I ordered tuna nigiri and a dynamite roll. The food was great, and the staff were friendly, though the service was a bit slow.

We were promptly served some tasty fast food, and we definitely plan to return. I ordered a Bento box with beef teriyaki and sushi, while my wife had a straightforward chicken teriyaki rice for just $9!

The baked shells were very good. I was surprised that the Saba was more of a grilled fillet than traditional Saba. The Jalapeño roll didn't have much in the way of Jalapeños? Maybe just a few small pieces that were hard to find. Beautiful role, only lack of spices (I know, I know?. jalapeño roles are an American thing?. This is not a Japanese sushi restaurant, more from a Californian fusion restaurant. But the food is okay. The chefs are not Japanese and explain the lack of authentic Saba. Morgan. Hill has a real sushi restaurant, but that's not the one. Even the food was served in order, which was strange. The rolls and tempura rolls are absolutely beautiful and perfect.

The price was high for what I got. Nothing was bad. It is only really not in any way form or form unfortunately. I'm a big tuna fan and unfortunately I didn't jump on the regular menu. It's over to make a Bento box when it was just okay. You will charge premium dollars, please give me premium food. Again, nothing was bad, but if you want to charge me a very high price, I expect a lot now. Staff is very nice

On the downside, the prices are on the higher side, and they close early at 7:45 pm. However, the positives include the excellent freshness of the fish and friendly service.
