Been coming here for my pho fix since I first discovered pho. Always fresh, always friendly service and always a treat to stop in. Dad got the Shake filet (he's typically a cheeseburger guy--maybe Panda Express orange chicken if he's feeling adventurous) He CLEANED the plate. The rest of us got pho and left phofilled‍

This five star review is long over due. One of the best if not THE best Pho place hidden in plain sight in Morgan Hill! Tops all other Pho places across the whole Silicon Valley; other places are good, but this place is Great! Fresh, high quality ingredients and NO MSG! A pho restaurant have to level up on their ingredients and recipe to make such good soup without MSG!! My toddler daughter can drink up the soup and eat the pho and vermicelli noodles since she was one and half years old; we’ve tried a few other places (when Simmering is not open) and our baby wouldn’t eat/drink as much. Pad Thai is another wonderful dish that is SO much better than other Thai restaurants in the bay! It’s unbelievable. We will only go to Simmering Pho unless it is not open on certain days! The staff are friendly; especially the hostess treat you like family. Thank you! My family and I have been coming here for years now. The food is great and always fresh, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. 10/10 love this place.
