Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Morgan Hill

The manager at Red Robin in Morgan Hill, Charles Hunt, is fantastic. He is always checking in to make sure everything is going well. The menu is nice with delicious food.

The best item we ordered was the onion rings, but we experienced delays in receiving napkins and table settings because our server was hard to find. The chicken sandwich was made with unripe, green tomatoes, and the side salad was disappointing. Given the region's abundant agriculture, we expected fresh and flavorful produce. The men's room had a hole in the wall near the urinal and an overflowing garbage can, which was unpleasant. I will not be reporting the bathroom condition, but I suggest having your staff check on it regularly. Overall, our experience was poor, and there was a sense of apathy in the environment.
