I understand that everyone needs a job. But please place people in jobs accordingly. If someone is slow you do not put them at the front to take people's orders and gather their food items. Every time I go this same lady is at the front taking orders inside and I swear she is the slowest worker.

Disgusting, I placed an online order for 45 minutes to pick up. When I arrived 48 minutes later, I was not acknowledged for 15 minutes. Other patrons were complaining that they have been waiting 30-40 minutes for their food. I asked for the managers name and was refused. The health department score was not displayed anywhere. And when I started taking pictures, I heard racial slurs being spoken. This establishment is run by racist black people that show favoritism to black people. This is a disgrace to the brand. I have contacted corporate and we'll see where it goes. Don't waste your time here if you're any other race than black.

Womens toilet was closed with no sign, they said to use the men's, which was disgusting with toilet paper all over the floor and the toilet was full.

Ordered popcorn shrimp. They were hard and the shrimp was shriveled completely inedible.

Service was horrible. Wasn't busy, like 2 ppl waiting to order before me. 10 mind and nobody came to the register.Food had been dying under heat lamp so long, the skin was hard and dry.Garbage
