Steak 'n Shake - Morehead

I know this is in ADUC on campus, but can anyone eat there? Or is it just for MSU students/staff/alumni,?

They got my order completely wrong and I waited for 10 minutes trying to get their attention and they completely ignored me

Didn't wear gloves. The fries were always hard and cold.

Bit of a hit or miss. Maybe because it's on a college campus and not a stand alone store they don't have the same attitudes. The burgers we had were fantastic. The fries were cold and hard. It didn't even look like we were given a whole order of fries. It had been a long day and we were hungry and tired so we just left it at that. It is after all Steak and Shake not Steak and Fries.

For the life of me I don't understand how and why they use a grill on the other side of the restaurant from the sandwich dressing table. The process was screwed up from the beginning. It takes too long in the drive thru However the food is good. Fries however are unsatisfying thin small
