Taco Bell - Morehead City

The past few times Ive order from here my food as been cold and soggy and almost completely wrong. idk whats going on but jeez.

Would really like it if you could substitute steak for seasoned ground beef in the grilled cheese burrito.

Experience was awful. Waited 20 minutes for my order just for it to be made by one person when there was at least 6 people on shift. Then they tell me I’m waiting on fresh food which I’m not mad about but they had the order sitting there for 8 minutes and then sit there and laugh in my face when I told them I was frustrated about how long it takes took for my order when it was a drink and two chalupa wraps. Mind you they had just two guests who already had their food in the lobby and no one in the drive thru. They were just standing around the entire time as one poor kid was busting his butt to make the food.

We used door dash. I was surprised the Mexican pizza was still crispy! Everything was as expected from a Taco Bell. Tomatoes were fresh! Lettuce was crisp! Cheese was melted. The cups of cheese were filled to a great level and snapped on tightly. The Baja blast machine was working and the sugar ratio was perfect as was the ice. The drinks were stickered shut with a thank you tape. I approached that for sure also!Zero complaints.Side note I have never been to a Taco Bell that has Guacamole!!They have GUAC!

Staff extremely rude during the entire ordering process and after getting food.
