Great experience! We ordered five children's meals, each consisting of a three-course meal, a drink, chips, and a pint for me, all for just £55. That's less than £10 per person! The service was fantastic, and they provided balloons and coloring for the kids. It was an excellent birthday celebration for my daughter and her friends.

We celebrated our anniversary with a meal in Lancaster, and we were not disappointed. To be honest, we usually visit Frankie and Benny's every week for our indulgent meals since it’s our local spot. The waiter was really funny, and the manager was very pleasant. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, while my partner chose fish and chips. I was sad that I couldn't finish my meal because it was such a large portion, but we both enjoyed our dishes. For dessert, they initially brought the wrong item for my partner, but they quickly corrected it. I had the keksteig and karamellsonne, and my partner had the vanilla cheesecake with salted caramel sauce, both of which we absolutely loved. Additionally, we received 50% off through the app, which made it even better, especially with those generous portions!

Sarah, our server, was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. Nothing seemed to bother her, and she was always there to offer us more drinks or check in to see if everything was okay. Having a friendly and attentive server makes a significant difference. At Blackpool South Bank, all the staff members were welcoming and friendly.
