Red Rooster Burpengary - Morayfield

Thanks to James for being so happy at the drive thru when we got takeaway tonight. We had forgotten to order gravy and he suggested it to go with the chips. So good to get great service!

Service was great, felt the mash had far too much gravy.

Amazing customer service and also good food. the personal is always very happy and polite. they do what they can do to feel the customer, even if they wait for her to eat in the drive-thru. I will be a return customer.

The below text was my original post. The manager call me within 1/2 hr and offered to rectify this. Very pleased with the the stores response so I changed my score to a 3 in reflection. I will give them a second chance Very poor communication had to change order so... and meal presentation was very poor and looked like it was yesterday 's. Wouldn 't recommend.
