1 hour 20 minutes for an order food freezing chicken raw I have phoned food standerds moray council all conversations were recorded specially last one when I was being racistly ranted to please do not eat out this take away its all in the proper hands now

Would recommend that NOBODY goes to Elgin tandoori. After waiting an hour and a half for our order it's came freezing cold, chicken not cooked properly and I can't even describe the smell. my partner phoned them and we received a ton of abuse they refused a refund or a replacement order. We have contacted food standards and will be taking this further. Absolutely disgusted. £30 down the drain.

Waiter was very charming and friendly. Had delicious starters of Mixed Pakoras and Onion Bhaji fantastically crisp and tasty. The Sauce was out of this world. Main Dishes, Nans and Rice were every bit as good. Certainly a meal to remember. We will be back.

Had a takeaway from here this evening and wondered if I'd made a good choice when I arrived to find the restaurant empty and mine the only order. But, it shouldn't have been, because we went on to enjoy the best takeaway we've had in years! Everything from the crispy, light pakora to the sweet fresh peshwari naan was excellent. The curries a vegetable Korma and Rogan josh were each flavoursome and perfectly balanced. The ingredients were fresh and beautifully prepared. We will definitely be back.
