Randiya Takeaway Station - Moratuwa

One of worst place to take your order. It took more than 50 min to ready my rice and devilled chicken. I think they prepared my chicken within 10 min and no one there to close the box and it was open more 20 min till I complain. Then after 35 min I went to the cashier and asked whether my order ready or not. They did not even think to prepare my rice at that time. There were not much crowed and orders at that time. Then after I asked 2, 3 time they started to cook my rice. Then again I went there after 10 min and I asked whether it's ready now. It's almost ready before I reach and no one there to close the box and flies are around there. Is this the way are they caring orders. Then I had to two time remember to pack my order because they only wants orders to bill...they are busy with that. Finally I took my order after 50 min and my chicken dish was almost cool.. it's so dispounted about there food quilty and specially the service. When I come home and check my food and it was so dry that because they were opened it till I complain several times. If I could I would give zero rating.

Worst customer service ever...poor communication and bad attitude of the workers is an issue.. food is okay but too expensive

Ample parking space available. Foods are tasty and good in portions. Prices are reasonable comparing to most of other places. Staff members are supportive and polite.
