Worst customer service, waited more than half an hour in the store just to be served. Worst store in whole Australia. People working in the store just for time pass.

Blake was fantastic. The restaurant was packed with orders and customers, and they were short-staffed, but his upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor made the wait for our food more enjoyable. Thank you, Blake!

KFC Moranbah offers a typical experience. During our visit, the lunch service was quick and efficient.

This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. I had to wait a long time at the counter, the service was poor, and to top it off, the chicken was lukewarm when I received it. I'm really not impressed.

Place was dirty head personnel talking to junior staff like dirt not safe, the old bat name, but was sad to see how they treat younger employees! They had just delivered an order I asked if they could go out, the things I wanted to order and was rudely said no it will not be until a later time the time she told me was 12:00 I told her it was over this time and still refuse to do my order! The old bat talking to you like dirt and her junior staff shouldn't have a job there!
