Chipotle Mexican Grill - Moraine

They never put in the extra chicken when ordered and put in the spicy chicken last time and I couldn even eat it.

I ordered 3 bowls online. When I picked up the order they at first forgot our chips. When I got home I realized all three bowls were wrong. I went back to the store, to get the correct thing, bringing the wrong order with me. The employee told me I?d have to wait and talk to the manager and then the manager told me I?d have to have the employee make it again for me.

Their policy of exact change if you're paying cash is an absolute PITA. And it has been this way for months. Other Chipotle I've been to don't have this ridiculous rule. I could but simply don't want to use credit. I guess they would rather limit business than increase it.

Today picked up my order which was missing the large bag of chips. I just opened the guacamole and it is half an avocado with the pit shell still attached. I used to like this place when it first opened but it has gone down in standards quickly. Too bad..

Stopped by for dinner tonight (7pm) and was once again impressed by the professionalism of the crew and quality of the food! Easily my favorite store in the Miami Valley!
