During my recent visit to Moradabad, I had the misfortune of dining at Jublee Nepali Restaurant, located in Daulara, Moradabad Rampur Road. Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. From the disrespectful behavior of the staff, particularly towards travelers, to their false promises and poor food quality, the entire experience left much to be desired. Additionally, the state of the restroom was equally unsatisfactory. Here is a detailed review of my visit to Jublee Nepali Restaurant. The behavior of the staff at Jublee Nepali Restaurant was nothing short of atrocious. They showed a complete lack of respect and courtesy towards travelers. Despite promising to refill the thalis, they angrily denied doing so when customers approached them for a refill. The staff members' rude and unprofessional demeanor was reminiscent of goons, and the owner himself exhibited threatening behavior towards Nepali travelers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the restaurant. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience at Jublee Nepali Restaurant was the poor quality of the food. The dishes were unappetizing and lacked freshness. It was evident that the ingredients used were of subpar quality, resulting in an unpleasant taste and overall dissatisfaction. Considering the restaurant's name suggests Nepali cuisine, I had expected authentic and flavorful dishes. However, the reality fell far short of this expectation. The condition of the restroom at Jublee Nepali Restaurant was nothing short of appalling. It appeared neglected and lacked basic cleanliness. The overall atmosphere was unhygienic and resembled a graveyard rather than a place where one would expect to freshen up during a meal. Such poor sanitation reflects a lack of concern for customer comfort and raises serious questions about the restaurant's overall cleanliness standards. My experience at Jublee Nepali Restaurant in Moradabad was extremely disappointing. The disrespectful behavior of the staff, particularly towards travelers, the false promises regarding refilling thalis, and the poor quality of the food were all major drawbacks. Furthermore, the restroom conditions were unsanitary and unpleasant. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment, as it fails to meet even the basic standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. I am wrinting a letter to Chief Minister Of Uttar Pradesh that these type of resturant should be shut down with immediate effect It is my hope that the government will takes immediate steps to address these issues.
