Had the chicken club sandwich it was done very well full of flavour and good plate appeal! Cristin was my server she was very informative and friendly! Great all round experience!

An absolute cluster of disappointment from a chain restaurant that fails to clear a low bar. We have visited multiple times often chalking up poor experiences to a one off , but after several poor experiences it is clear this is not an isolated issue. In fact I am writing this as I wait for my garlic fingers I ordered when I sat down two hours ago to get made and put in a take out box. To be fair we had mediocre wings and an overpriced beer in the mean time.Waitresses seemingly do not have assigned tables, and do not communicate well with regard to what tables have placed drink or food orders, so expect to wait a while before having your order taken, and then expect a waitress uncertainly asking you if you ordered the wings she is holding. Taking food away, or getting a refill is an equally long and frustrating experience.Want the ball game on the nearest TV? Expect to miss a couple innings while they locate the remote.A disappointing experience considering they otherwise have a large patio and many TV 's. Considering I didn 't expect much from this dime a dozen chain restaurant it 's pretty incredible I have gotten to the point of writing this review.I still have not received my garlic fingers.

Our server was fine but our food was awful. Missing ingredients. Sooo salty. Chunky gravy and ground beef. Server said “new staff in the back”. I hadn’t been here in a few years and was hoping it had improved but needless to say it hasn’t. Very disappointed

I had the chicken quesadilla. It was too salty to eat and had mystery meat. When I complained they only discounted my meal 20% even though it was inedible. My mother had the shepherd's pie and it had hardly anything besides what tasted like instant potatoes. I'm usually happy with the Canadian Brewhouse but this was a fail.
