Rachada Thai Cuisine - Moorpark

This is my family's favorite Thai restaurant. The food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

After our usual Thai restaurant went out of business, we chose to dine here since we used to come about seven years ago. Back then, the place had different ownership and the food didn't stand out much. However, it has now become our go-to spot for Thai cuisine. The food is quite good, and we absolutely love Pam. Our only complaints are the terrible parking situation and a couple of other minor issues.

However, I’ve ordered drunken noodles from various places before and had never been let down—until tonight. Instead of the usual noodles that might cling together, I received a solid block of noodles that I had to cut apart with my fork, almost like it was a cake. The dish was incredibly bland and flavorless, except for some basil, and the chicken was overly dry. I understand it's the end of the day, but there’s really no excuse for serving such a subpar dish. I won't be coming back.

Bad Customer Service Waiting for the menu for 10 minutes, and an hour after my order was ready. They only focused on takeover orders. I had to cancel and go

My wife just picked up 2 Cashew Nut Chicken dishes. I could not eat it, the chicken is overcooked and dry, and is tasteless. It was a total waste of money (over $30) and time. Maybe their chef is off on Sundays, in which case they should just be closed rather than serving this kind of food. It looks good in the photo until you taste it. Never again.
