Jack In The Box - Moorpark

Great group of workers! Excellent customer service. ?

Just happened to pass by and stop it wasn't packed or crowded. I used the drive-thru.

The customer service was awful! I called in because my navigation system took me to a wrong location. I called to ask where they were located. When I asked the person on the phone he was incredibly rude and with a super condescending tone said they were in Moorpark. I asked where exactly in Moorpark because I couldn’t find them. He said Google it, what does he look like? GPS? When I arrived at the store and asked for a manager, he was even more rude. He said he was in fact the manager. I really hope not. I am hoping he was a bad employee who was posing as manager to keep me from complaining. They weren’t even busy. There was one set of customers already eating inside, and two cars only in the drive through. There were at least 3 employees that I could see, possibly more.

The food tasted like dirt and when I asked for a refund the drive thru guy flipped me off and started swearing. Never goto the Moorpark one.Kid-friendliness: Mean and Nasty

On 072123 was my first time coming to this place. I drove up to: drive thru and ordered two meals. To my surprise, my two meals had no french fries, unacceptable.I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.NOT RECOMMEND IT.
