Carl's Jr. - Moorpark

The staff at this restaurant has always been friendly to me. They allow me to use coupon codes even if I don't have the physical coupon, which saves me money. In the end, everyone is happy, especially my stomach.

I had such a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. We waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru after being told to hold on by the lady working. We were the only ones there, so we decided to go inside where there were only two other customers. Despite there being three employees, they made us wait for another 10 minutes before I had to ask if they were going to take my order. They seemed to ignore us, so we requested the manager's name and were told to wait even longer. Eventually, we left feeling frustrated and angry.

It was excellent, there is nothing to complain about, the western bacon burger it was great.

The staff was always cool for me. You let me use coupon codes without actually having the voucher. It saves me a few dollars and at the end of the day, everyone is happy... especially my belly.
