My 4-year-old son and I stopped by this morning for coffee and donuts. The two female employees on duty were incredibly kind and patient, even though it was quite early! Excellent customer service like this is rare to find nowadays. It was truly refreshing to be treated with such warmth and understanding. We will definitely be returning to this location regularly, no matter where it is!

Don?t try to have a conversation with the overnight crew. They already hate you for walking in the doors and arent scared to let ya know! Unless you?re hopped up on meth buying scratchers, then the overnight crew will chat you up for a long time while we all wait! Other crew amazing, stire always clean!

This is my gas and food stop, open 24-7, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff no matter what the hour. Great car wash and always good premium gas, gas quality DOES vary from by provider and Holiday has the best stuff from my research. Only sometimes downside is it's always cold in the store. Very well run and professional, increasingly rare attributes for gas stations. A good get for the City of Moorhead at that location.

I was just in holiday and the cashier was very rude to both me and my older sister. She lives across the street we walked there. One of her friendly neighbors had left his drink at the gas station. He left his son with us while he ran over to holiday. All of the sudden I see him in the distance while a holiday worker is screaming at him(the cashier that was rude to us) he is yelling get off the property and never come back and yelling out information that shouldnt be open to the the public. Our friendly neighbor did what the worker said and immediately got off the property and the rude holiday worker decides to follow him! While still yelling at him! The rude worker started bashing him as our neighbor walked towards us and our neighbor said I'm off the property I'm going home leave me alone get back to your job, the rude cashier decides to say I get paid to be on this property! I have worked for a gas station for the last 4 years and I am very good at my job. I'm very liked by regulars and i like to leave a smile on everyones face before they leave even if they are having a bad day. When it comes down to shoplifting or theft I never make a scene that is the last thing you want to do is draw more attention. Your goal is to calmly as possible deescalate the situation and order the person to leave. If they refuse you either call your manager or call the police depending on the situation. You never follow the person and bash them with your words. This cashier did nothing but escalate the situation, he drew lots of attention amd couldve handled that alot better. Our neighbors child saw this happen as well as my 5 year old nephew and the rest of my family. I think this rude cashier needs to be trained in further to access a situation like that. I was personally gunna step in but it wasnt my place I work for another gas station, if this is how employees for holiday gas stations are trained to act ON THE CLOCK they need to fix whatever it is. I dont need to come to a gas station to spend my money to be helped by one of the rudest cashiers that I have ever encountered. I rate holiday 1 star because this young man put our neighbor on BLAST. Threatening our neighbor to physically fight is not okay!! 8/19/19 about 8:30pm he was on the till next to the door facing the pumps. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!

The daytime staff are exceptional. They have excellent management, great prices, and maintain a high level of cleanliness. However, the overnight crew could improve their customer service skills. Overall, this is definitely the best Holiday petrol station in the FM area.
